Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy Primary Care/Urgent Care facility in Chicago, IL. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining a patient-centered environment, and supporting our healthcare team to deliver top-notch care.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an office management role within a Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in medical office software (e.g., EHR/EMR systems) and general office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Certification as a Medical Office Manager (CMOM) or similar is a plus
