Physician Assistant for Urgent Care Locum Coverage

HealthPlus Staffing is assisting an Urgent Care clinic in NYC on their search for a Physician-Assistant to provide locum coverage on a PRN basis.

Requirements

• Preferred schedule: 9am-5pm, combination of weekends and weekdays.
• Background and Certifications required. NY state PA certificate
• Perform procedures: laceration repair, I&D, foreign body removal, suture removal
• Serve patient population: Age 1 year old to 100 year old
• No call schedule
• Support staff on site: One PCA, one MA
• Average patient volume: 2-2.5 patients per hour
• EMR system: eClinical Work
• Credentialing takes one month, can start before completion
