Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Duarte, CA. As an OT, you will work with clients to evaluate their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities, create personalized treatment plans, and provide education on improving daily activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
