Job Description
HealthPro Heritage has a full-time Program Manager opportunity for a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist at an Assisted Living Community in Sayville, NY. We offer therapy M-F, no evenings or weekends, and a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a PT/OT or license eligible
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or a related healthcare field
- Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations
