The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field
- 1 - 2 years of scribing experience and/or training of Scribes
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to travel as needed to support client relationships and business growth
