Job Description
HealthSherpa is a rapidly growing healthcare startup seeking a Principal HRBP to lead performance management and employee engagement. This hands-on role involves partner with managers to ensure compliance, build scalable programs, and attract/retain top talent. Requirements
- 8+ years of HRBP experience
- Current PHR or SPHR certification
- Knowledgeable about U.S. employment laws, with deep California law understanding
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience building performance management programs
- Experience with coaching, employee relations, and change management
- Comfort working in a lean, startup environment
