Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business, or health-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification such as PMP and PSM or CSM preferred.
• 5+ years of practical experience in software or data project management.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives through the full project lifecycle applying a variety of well-known and proven frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related tools.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver predictable outcomes.
