Home Care Aide Professional

This Home Care Aide position involves assisting clients with a variety of daily tasks related to health and wellness at home. Responsibilities include performing basic hygiene and personal care, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under the direction of the office.
• Assist clients with range of motion exercises.
• Assist clients with ambulation or exercises.
• Perform personal care activities, including but not limited to: bathing, hair care, skin care, nail care, and oral hygiene.
• Perform household services essential to health care at home, including but not limited to: meal preparation and feeding, laundry, light housekeeping, medication Reminders
• Report any observed or reported changes in the client’s condition to the Healthy at Home Caregivers Office.
