Job Description
Lead and inspire a Before and After School program for school-age children, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL regulations and providing a safe and engaging environment. Manage daily operations, staff supervision, and communications with families and school administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field
- 1-4 years of experience working with children under 13
- Pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
- Be medically fit to perform job duties
