Childcare Staff – Before & After School

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Programs in Cape May, NJ for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or 1 year of childcare experience preferred but not required
• Must successfully pass all required state background checks
• Requires the ability to meet physical demands, including bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
