Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an experienced early childhood professional to serve as Early Learning Director & Lead Teacher at our Early Learning Center in Liberty, NY. This role combines classroom teaching with administrative and leadership responsibilities, and offers opportunities for professional development and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, child development, or related field
- 1 year teaching experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- NYS Children’s Program Administrator Credential
- CDA or OCFS-recognized credential
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and actively engage with children
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
