Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an experienced and motivated Program Site Director to oversee Before and After School programs at a single site. This role ensures high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, strong staff leadership, and positive relationships with families and school partners.

Requirements

• Recruit, supervise, train, and develop a high-performing site team.
• Oversee daily operations in compliance with New Jersey State childcare, before/after school, and summer camp regulations.
• Implement Healthy Kids Best Practices and Curriculum aligned with the “Consistent Excellence” philosophy.
