Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Director to lead their Before & After School Childcare Programs at Crothersville Elementary School. The Director will oversee the program's operation, ensure compliance with state regulations, and maintain effective communication with parents and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of twenty (21) years
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent qualifying documentation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support community outreach initiatives
• Maintains professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
