The Café Deli Service Team Member is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, running a register, and maintaining a clean café area. Ideal candidates have a general knowledge of sandwich and salad prep, excellent guest service skills, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of guest service
- Working knowledge of POS systems; cash register
- Take sandwich orders, presses Panini’s, and ensures guests receive all orders in a timely manner
- Maintain an orderly station in which surfaces are continually wiped down and supplies are fully stocked
- Arrive on time ready to begin work at the start of the shift; staff apron/chef coat is on
- Maintain the highest standards of courteous, professional guest service, follows through on all guest questions and always maintains HL’s Guest Service standards
