Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to partner with a founder in a deeply integrated executive and strategic capacity. This role is not a traditional assistant role but rather a right-hand partnership for someone who can operate at altitude and anticipate needs, shape priorities, and create leverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business, economics, communications, or related field)
- 5+ years supporting a founder, CEO, investor, or senior executive
- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and discretion
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Tech-forward (Google Suite, calendars, project tools, messaging platforms)
