Machine Learning Engineer

Healx is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help develop its drug discovery platform and discover new treatments for rare diseases. The role involves developing and applying cutting-edge machine learning approaches, working closely with domain experts, and contributing to building, maintaining, and improving rare-disease knowledge graphs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field
• Advanced degree in machine learning, biochemistry, or a related field with a focus on applied research or equivalent industry experience
• Strong software development experience in Python and a good appreciation of software engineering principles
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a highly cross-functional environment
