Job Description
The Audit Senior position involves performing engagements from planning to client meeting, developing client relationships, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and audit standards. The role requires analytical skills, strong communication, and attention to detail. This position involves both independent work and staff supervision.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Statements on Auditing Standards (SAS)
- Working knowledge of audit procedures
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Accounting with strong academic track record
- CPA certification required
- Four years of public accounting audit experience required
- Working knowledge of Audit functions
