Job Description
This Tax Manager position involves managing client groups, advising clients on corporate tax services, developing team members, and assisting with new business. The role requires strong communication skills, client-focused service, and effective leadership in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on both client work and internal staff development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Accounting with strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0); CPA certification required
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to organize facts, analyze and interpret information/research according to client circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Master Tax Preparation, Research and Software tools proficiency
- Firm Software applications and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral devices
