Job Description
The Manager of Implementation will lead a team of trainers/consultants towards success, ensuring growth and development of team members, meeting implementation expectations of clients, and creating a culture of excellence and accountability. The role involves optimizing team member utilization and productivity, overseeing employee performance, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, driving continuous quality improvement, and developing processes to streamline implementation and improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years' experience leading a team
- Current driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Medical/healthcare experience is a plus
