RCS System Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RCS System Administrator to support the HCHB Revenue Cycle Management Operations Team and customers through payor setup management, claims management, and rejected claims management.

Requirements

• Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
• Performing weekly system administration billing analyst calls with each branch location of assigned customers
• Escalating revenue cycle aging issues to customer’s Executive Leadership team
• Assisting customer in working down their unbilled items
• Preparing and presenting analytical reports on a monthly basis to customer’s executive leadership team
• Utilizing product knowledge to offer solutions to internal billing team
• Maintaining a deep understanding of financial processes
• Communicating claim rejection patterns to Director of Revenue Cycle Management
• Assisting with Revenue Cycle Management proposals
• Creating documentation for our knowledge base
