Clinical Informatics Pharmacist Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. College of Pharmacy
• Actively licensed in at least one State as a pharmacist
• Two years recent experience in a clinical pharmacy setting with a bachelor's degree; one year experience in a clinical pharmacy setting with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or first year clinical residency
• Basic proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written skills
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively work in a team structure
• Demonstrates ability to analyze source information and come to sound, evidence-based clinical conclusions
• Active participation in a job-related professional organization is preferred and is encouraged after hire
