The Legal Operations Manager will serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Account Executives, managing contractual risk and supporting business agility. This role requires detail-oriented risk assessment, document preparation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, contributing to contract processes and managing RFPs. It's a hybrid position reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing customer and commercial contracts
- Strong paralegal skills, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating NDAs
- Familiarity with SaaS contracting models
- Experience supporting customer contracts in a healthcare software or technology environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign CLM, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
