We are the UK’s leading premium publisher, home to iconic and influential media brands. We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of engaging, multi-channel campaigns that grow audiences, generate leads and strengthen brand connection across our titles.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g. email, paid social, on-site)
- Strong understanding of lead generation and audience growth, including experience improving sign-ups, subscriptions or acquisition performance
- Ability to analyse campaign performance data and use insights to optimise activity and improve outcomes
- Confident managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously, with strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. creative, editorial, insight), with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Commercially aware and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
