Job Description
WBAL NewsRadio 1090 and FM 101.5 and 98 Rock, the Hearst-owned radio stations in Baltimore, Maryland, are looking for a Digital Content Manager to execute the stations' digital strategy and multimedia content initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage online content and operations
- Manage team of Digital Content Producers
- Develop and guide execution of strategies to meet digital goals
- Creatively develop unique content, event coverage, and project ideas for web, mobile, and social media
- Work to develop content during breaking news
- Coordinate consistent training of news personnel to contribute to all digital platforms
- Staff leader in leveraging social networks like Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
