The Corporate Data Team is looking for a Director of Analytics & Data Products to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing and enabling the analytics layer that supports identity resolution, audience strategy, and data product development for all of Hearst Consumer Media including TV, newspapers and magazines.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, product analytics, or a related data role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses
- Experience developing identity systems, semantic layers, or scalable reporting systems
- Experience working with modern analytics engineering frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical data requirements
- Familiarity with common machine learning applications and an understanding of the types of structured datasets required to support personalization, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling
