Implementation Training Specialist

The Implementation Training Specialist will ensure a successful implementation of Homecare Homebase's home health and hospice software by providing training and support to clients. The role requires extensive travel and client-facing training time to support clients as they go live on the Homecare Homebase software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Current driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
• Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Medical/healthcare experience is a plus
