Job Description
WTAE-TV is seeking a highly technical Newscast Automation Operator/Director to execute complex live productions in a next-generation control room environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years operating highly automated or conventional live newscasts in a professional broadcast environment
- Advanced hands-on experience with production automation systems and MOS-driven workflows
- Strong understanding of newsroom systems (ENPS or similar) and rundown-based production
- Proficiency with: production switchers, video servers, integrated audio systems, router control systems, studio robotics and automation interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under live conditions
