Packaging Assistant, Part Time

Hearst Midwest Media is seeking a Part Time Packaging Assistant to join their team. This role involves feeding pre-prints into an Inserting machine, injecting-mailing, and postal distribution for various publications. The position requires high standards of quality, maintenance, and crew leadership, with shifts running from 5 PM to 1 AM, three nights a week.

Requirements

• General cleaning of work areas and printing plant.
• Assisting in machine setup for mailing.
• Jogging and loading preprints.
• Catching bundles from the packaging end of the machine.
• Strap bundles with a Strapper.
• Stacking and delivering finished products.
• Tagging totes and mail bags with proper tags.
