Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid search, or a related digital marketing field
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into action
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus
