The Project Manager will manage a team of personnel assigned to an implementation, upgrade, or similar type of project. Depending on project size and scope, the Project Manager may be assigned multiple projects to manage.
Requirements
- Contributes to PMO organization project strategy and data analytics
- Develops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan
- Accountable for the successful completion of a project's deliverables
- Manages project scope and changes in accordance with change control procedures
- Drives collaboration between functional and technical teams and customers
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for both client and internal stakeholders
- Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates meetings and onsite activities
- Manages resource bookings, time entry, and other administrative tasks
- Adopts organizational best practices for process, documentation, use of systems
- Drafts Statement of Work (SOW) or Change Request (CR) as appropriate
