Seeking a Senior Director of Technology to lead Interoperability and Data organization during a pivotal modernization phase, shaping the future of healthcare data and API platforms.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience architecting and modernizing enterprise data platforms and API ecosystems
- Experience of leading managers and multiple engineering teams (manager-of-managers experience required)
- Deep expertise in relational database systems and enterprise data architecture
- Background in Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization, high availability, and large-scale data environments
