Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade analytics solutions that power our business intelligence. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Power BI, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies. The successful candidate will work directly with business leaders to gather requirements and translate abstract business questions into high-integrity analytical solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and complex star-schema data modeling
- Advanced SQL skills with a proven track record of writing and tuning complex queries across relational and large-scale data sources
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Medallion architecture, Kimball/Inmon) and modern BI best practices
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and hit high-accuracy parity targets (99.8%+)
- Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and non-technical stakeholders, leading architectural and solution design discussions
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) is strongly preferred
