Requirements
- Lead new business initiatives and manage the pipeline from prospect identification through RFP response and pitch presentation to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to align business development efforts with agency capabilities and strategic priorities.
- Develop compelling RFP responses and pitch presentations that showcase agency capabilities, case studies, and strategic insights.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with marketing directors and client procurement personnel.
