Medical-Surgical LVN

The Medical-Surgical LVN is tasked with assisting in the care of patients under the supervision of the Clinic Provider. This role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each patient, ensuring accurate documentation and timely medication administration. The position requires maintaining a safe and organized environment, adhering to established nursing practice standards, and fostering positive patient relationships.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse currently licensed by the State of Texas.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certification.
• IV therapy course preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
