Job Description
Heartbeat Health is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual cardiovascular care to patients. The role involves conducting patient assessments, formulating treatment plans, and collaborating with cardiologists and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in cardiology or a related field
- Active, current, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification specific to cardiology
- 3+ years of experience working as a nurse practitioner in an outpatient cardiology setting
- Certification in ACLS
- Proficiency in performing comprehensive cardiac assessments and formulating treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make critical decisions and adapt treatment plans
- Compassion and empathy when working with patients and their families
- Meticulous attention to detail in patient assessments, documentation, and treatment plans
