Requirements

• Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Master’s)
• 3 or more years of experience (preferred)
• Experience in the disability and/or community sector (preferred)
• Skills in AAC, swallowing/dysphagia, and complex communication needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative, team-focused approach and comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
• Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current or able to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (Victoria), Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
