Senior Solutions Consultant - Microsoft Sales

HBS is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant – Microsoft Sales to focus on and grow HBS’s relationships with Microsoft. This role involves identifying and qualifying new customers, building strategic partnerships, and providing sales support to other HBS team members and Microsoft sellers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cybersecurity, Compliance, Modern Work, Cloud, and AI solutions and be able to drive business goals using Microsoft’s technologies.

Requirements

• Identify customer prospects through Microsoft Co-selling, client referrals, and industry events.
• Co-sell with Microsoft by conducting Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings with sellers.
• Maintain and drive growth in assigned accounts by identifying new opportunities.
• Provide sales support by assisting other HBS Solutions Consultants.
• Provide sales support by assisting other HBS Solutions Consultants with selling applications.
• Understand Microsoft’s partner sales motions and financial incentives.
• Serve as a central coordinator between internal teams and Microsoft.
• Forecast sales opportunities using the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology.
• Utilize CRM and Microsoft Partner Center to maintain customer visibility.
