Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager III to provide supervision and support to residents in several residential programs at Heartland Family Service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Service field and two years of direct care experience in Human Services.

- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
