Job Description
Heartland Family Service is seeking a Clinical Regulatory Specialist to support the agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes, ensuring programs and departments deliver high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Iowa or Nebraska license required; substance use license preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
