Lead Case Manager - Nebraska Family Works (Evening Shift)

We are seeking a Lead Case Manager to join our team at Heartland Family Service. The successful candidate will provide supervision and support to residents in a residential substance use treatment facility, coordinate services for women and children, and work collaboratively with the team to provide education and support programming.

Requirements

• Associate degree in human services, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field
• Five or more years' experience in Human Services field
• Valid driver's license/acceptable driving record
