The Appraiser, Property Claims, provides detailed appraisals and damage assessments for property claims, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of property appraisal or claims adjusting experience
• Post-secondary education or vocational training in construction management, property appraisal, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of property damage appraisal methodologies, construction processes, and industry standards in restoration
• Proficiency with claims management and appraisal software tools
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
