High school diploma or GED, 18 years or older, valid driver's license
Community Support Companion-Full-time
High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to pass background check and drug screening
Service Coordinator
Bachelor's degree or 5 years working in Service Coordination or Case Management, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Residential Life Skills Coach-Grave/Weekends Available
High school diploma, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 75-100lbs
