Job Description
We are looking for individuals who love adventure, the community, and treating each day as a new adventure to work as support coaches with individuals with intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities.
Requirements
- Provide individualized support to clients in developing daily living skills and achieving personal goals
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation
- Implement behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions
- Facilitate social skills development through structured activities, recreation, and community outings
- Administer medications as prescribed in compliance with safety policies and state regulations
