Job Description
The Bar Manager will lead and elevate all aspects of beverage service and front-of-house operations, supervising bar staff, managing beverage logistics, developing the beverage program, and representing the brand internally and externally.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or similar supervisory role in a high-volume or craft beverage-focused environment.
- Deep knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits (especially craft distilling), and current bar trends
- Valid driver’s license
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification (e.g., RAMP, TIPS) preferred
