The Weekend Lead Production Team Member is responsible for ensuring the line runs smoothly and the overall quality of the bottling process. They will lead a team, assign work directions, and make operating decisions in concert with the Bottling Supervisor.

Requirements

• Lead team to ensure quality bottling process
• Assign work directions to team members
• Collaborate with Bottling Line Supervisor on deficiencies
• Inspect bottles for quality
• Clean bottling lines
• Transfer cases up to 50 pounds
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks
• Discard outdated or defective product
• Utilize compactors to bail cardboard
