Head of Operations (m/w/d) - 80k - Berlin Mitte

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to shape the growth of our SaaS business in the HR software and integrated payroll solution space.

Requirements

• Completed education/study in a commercial or business administration field or newcomer with a lot of motivation
• Experience in building or scaling SaaS startups, preferably in the HR/payroll field
• Hands-on mentality to actively build operational structures
• Strong negotiation skills and positive conviction, communication strength, and perseverance
• Technical affinity and interest in personnel management/HR
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Very good German and English language skills (word and writing)
• Competence in creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Analytical strength, data-driven mindset, and sovereign handling of KPIs
• Participation in the company (VSOP)
