The Bar/Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring guests feel welcome, the team grows, and service is at the highest level. The role requires leadership experience in the hospitality industry, mastery of Dutch and English language, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- At least two years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in both bar and restaurant
- Mastery of the Dutch and English language
- Flexibility: you understand that the peak lies on evenings and weekends
- A strong focus on service, hospitality, upselling, and HACCP
- The ambition and capabilities to lead full-time in both bar and restaurant
