GTM Recruiter

Hebbia is seeking a Recruiter to scale the team behind its Matrix platform by identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across GTM. The Recruiter will be a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, shaping hiring plans and guiding candidates through a high-bar, high-touch process.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments
• Proven success and passion for building exceptional teams, not just filling seats
• Experience in recruiting for GTM groups with flexibility to take on and quickly calibrate on new searches
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
• An effective communicator and ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates
• Confident in ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast paced environment
