Job Description
Hebbia is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to own motion design end-to-end, create motion systems, and partner with product design to bring interactions and prototypes to life. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of motion design experience, a strong portfolio, and fluency in the modern motion stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of motion design experience
- Strong storytelling, timing, typography, composition, and polish
- Fluency in the modern motion stack (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Illustrator)
- Strong taste for brand and visual design
- Ability to scope projects, run lightweight sprints, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
- Excited about AI and motivated by building for high-stakes finance use cases
