Investor Services Administrator

HedgeServ is seeking an Investor Services Administrator to execute tasks in the Investor Services Department. The role will involve reviewing investor transaction instructions, liaising with investors, and ensuring AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS documentation is provided. The successful candidate should be flexible, willing to adapt, and have a strong analytical skill set.

Requirements

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree
• 1+ years of relevant full-time or internship experience
• Flexible in terms of their approach and work ethic
• Focused and results orientated
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
• IT Literate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Hedge Fund structures, and experience with Private Equity funds is a bonus but not a requirement
